1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using AllSubjectSolver ("the Service," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service. We may update these terms from time to time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Material changes will be communicated where practicable (for example, via the website or your account email).
2. Description of service
AllSubjectSolver is an AI-powered academic study and learning assistant designed primarily for students in Nigeria. The Service provides tools such as step-by-step explanations, practice support, past-question guidance, and related study features to help you understand subjects and prepare for coursework and assessments. The Service does not replace formal instruction, official curricula, or professional advice.
3. User accounts and registration
You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be legally able to enter into this agreement in your jurisdiction. You may not share account access in a way that circumvents subscription limits or security controls. We may suspend or restrict accounts that violate these terms or pose a risk to the Service or other users.
4. Subscription and payments
Paid plans, where offered, are billed through Paystack (or other processors we may use). Subscriptions may renew on a monthly (or other stated) basis until you cancel in accordance with the cancellation flow we provide. Prices and taxes (where applicable) are shown at checkout. Refunds are handled case-by-case and in line with applicable law and our stated refund rules at the time of purchase. Unless we commit otherwise in writing, fees are generally non-refundable after a stated cooling-off or trial period, except where required by law. Chargebacks or payment disputes may result in suspension of access pending resolution.
5. Acceptable use policy
You agree to use the Service in a lawful and ethical manner. You must not use AllSubjectSolver to cheat in examinations, invigilated tests, or any assessment where outside assistance is prohibited. You must comply with your school's, university's, or examining body's rules on academic integrity and honour codes. You must not misuse the Service to generate content for submission as your own work where that would constitute plagiarism or misrepresentation, or to harm others, harass, scrape at scale, reverse engineer, or attempt to bypass technical or billing limits. We may remove content or terminate access for serious or repeated violations.
6. Intellectual property
The Service, including its branding, software, design, and compiled content (excluding your submissions and third-party materials), is owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive licence to use the Service for personal, non-commercial study purposes in line with these terms. You may not copy, sell, or redistribute the Service or its outputs except as allowed by law or with our written permission. You retain rights to content you submit; you grant us a licence to host, process, and display it as needed to operate and improve the Service.
7. AI-generated content disclaimer
Outputs are produced using artificial intelligence and may be incomplete, outdated, or incorrect. Solutions and explanations are provided for learning assistance and study support only. You should verify important facts, steps, and citations against trusted sources, textbooks, and official materials. We do not guarantee accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or exam results. Reliance on AI output is at your own risk.
8. Privacy and data protection
Our collection and use of personal data are described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you acknowledge that we process data as described there, subject to applicable data-protection laws in Nigeria and elsewhere where relevant.
9. Termination of accounts
You may stop using the Service or close your account where we provide that option. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms, non-payment, legal requirements, or to protect the Service or users. Provisions that by their nature should survive (including disclaimers, limitations of liability, and governing law) will survive termination.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the Service shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months before the claim or (b) a nominal statutory minimum where such a cap is not enforceable. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, our liability is limited to the maximum permitted by law.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. You agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nigeria for disputes arising from these terms or the Service, subject to any mandatory consumer protections in your place of residence.
